All in all, we were satisfied with the ordered item itself. However, the treatment of the shipping company was outragous. UPS provided us with false information about the package multiple times. We could not contact them to ask for more information and they sent us various emails on the (false) fact that they tried to deliver the package even though we were not at the given delivery address. It took them 20 days to deliver the bag. The delivery guy called me once lying about the reason why he couldn't deliver the package already. I called him multiple times day after day. Finally, we arranged the place and time of the delivery twice and he finally showed up only at the second time giving me fabricated excuses after documenting the (again false) fact that he had been at the arranged place at the arranged time trying to deliver the package but we moved. The problem wasn't the long shipping time (almost a month), but the lack of trancparency and the constant lies and falsification of the facts. They took no responsibility at all for anything. We were chasing our pre-payed package worriedly, until we finally got it in a rather damaged condition. Fortunately, the ordered bag itself was unharmed in contrast to the packaging. All in all, we are not considering ordering anything from Anekke international until the only delivery option is UPS or we can pay at the moment of delivery.
